Refund & Return Policy

At LuxeSilk™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.

By placing an order on luxesilks.com, you agree to the terms of this policy.


Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved by the LuxeSilk™ support team before being sent back.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

To request a return, contact:
support@luxesilks.com

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return or exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will provide return instructions if approved.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

LuxeSilk™ does not provide prepaid return labels.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 90 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

All approved returns are issued as store credit only, which can be used toward any future LuxeSilk™ purchase.

Cash refunds are not issued, except where required by law. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Inspection & Processing

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

If approved:

  • Store credit will be issued
  • Processing takes 7–10 business days

If the item does not meet requirements, the return may be rejected and sent back.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email: support@luxesilks.com with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

Requests made after 7 days may not be eligible.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly.

Changes or cancellations can only be made before fulfillment.

Once processed or shipped, orders must follow the return process.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an order is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, LuxeSilk™ cannot guarantee recovery.

Support may assist with placing a new order at a discounted rate, but the original order will not be refunded.


Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.


Chargeback Policy

Customers agree to contact LuxeSilk™ support before filing a chargeback or dispute.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Denial of the dispute
  • Suspension of future purchasing privileges

LuxeSilk™ reserves the right to submit all relevant documentation (order details, tracking confirmation, and policy agreement) to the payment provider when responding to disputes.
